What we are looking for
- As a Support Executive you will be responsible for on-boarding new customers, installing software on customer system/PC/Tablet/iPad/Servers.
- This role involves receiving support calls from customers and also interacting with the customers,
development team members and communicating via email/phone. - Maintenance of Ecobillz software on customer computers/servers or cloud platforms.
- Use a ticketing system to manage work load and close customer tickets on time efficiently.
Required Experience
- Total years of IT support experience: 2 to 4 years
- Majority of career should be focussed on installation and configuration of PC software and attending to customer support calls.
- Requires good understanding of Windows Operating System (Windows 7/10/11 or Windows Server) and configuration using control panel such as setup network, printer, driver installation, etc.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English a must.
- Required fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to easily express view points and train junior resources.
Added Advantage:
- Experience with Ubuntu Linux and AWS cloud is a definite plus.
- Knowledge of the Hospitality segment and exposure to software such as Opera/Micros/Symphony.
- Can Speak Kannada or Marathi as well.
Qualification
- Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science/IT
