Requirements
- Experience: A project manager should understand project management concepts, techniques, and strategies with at least 2+ years in the Agile process.
- Technical Abilities: A project manager requires thorough technical knowledge to interact and understand the communication with the technical team.
- Communication Skill: To effectively connect with stakeholders and team members, the project manager must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for innovative thought are necessary for the project manager to develop solutions to project-related problems.
- Risk management Skill: The project manager should be able to recognise and create strategies to reduce potential risks for the execution of the project and should be able to create mitigation strategies
