We are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Developer proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and Mongo DB to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs. Your primary focus will be on implementing robust and
scalable solutions to handle our application's data and logic.
What to expect from the role
- Designing and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.
- Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Implementing data storage solutions using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Writing efficient, performant, and secure database queries.
- Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our server-side applications.
- Collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high- quality products.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the entire stack.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Minimum BE/MCA or MTech with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and implementation.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of server-side templating languages.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical concepts.
